I started providing therapy with one goal in mind: to help people find more ease in their relationships to themselves, their loved ones and life. I use my background in psychology and human development with my passion for the communication to help others learn, grow and feel better about themselves.

  • Focus

    It all starts by taking a history of the big moments in your life and coming up with a plan to address the changes you want.

  • Process

    Next, we will use emotion focused therapy (and EMDR if it is right for you) to help overcome what may be blocking you.

  • Refine

    We learn how to continually refine what we’ve learned. I will guide you to make sure you are feeling better and accomplishing your goals in therapy.
