If you have out of network benefits, you should be able to submit invoices to your insurance for partial or full reimbursement. Before you come to your first appointment, please check your coverage by contacting your insurance company, calling the number on the back of your card and asking the following questions:
What is my annual deductible amount and how much of it has been met so far? When does my deductible start over, at the beginning of the calendar year or when my plan renews?
What is my co-pay? Is it different for an in-network versus out-of-network provider?
How many therapy sessions per year does my insurance cover?
Do I need a referral from my primary care physician?
